About The Owners
My name is Julio Barreto, and together with my sister Lia Barreto, I co-own Two Arrows Cleaning Services, proudly serving families and businesses throughout Harford County and Baltimore County, Maryland. Though I was born on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico, Maryland has been my home since a young age — it’s where I’ve built my family, career, and business, and where I take pride in helping my community maintain clean, welcoming spaces.
The inspiration for our work comes from our upbringing. In Puerto Rico, our mother made “General Cleaning Day” a weekly tradition, filling our home with upbeat music and meticulous care. Watching her instill the values of discipline, attention to detail, and pride in a spotless home left a lasting impact. That same dedication now drives us to deliver professional residential and commercial cleaning services with reliability and heart.
Motivated by our mother’s example, my sister and I built Two Arrows Cleaning Services with one goal: to bring peace of mind, trust, and satisfaction to our clients. The name “Two Arrows” represents us as co-founders, working side by side to deliver exceptional cleaning services that strengthen our community.
