Recently, our team serviced a local HOA clubhouse – a space that sees constant foot traffic, community meetings, and weekend gatherings. We approached it the way we always do: structured, methodical, and focused on the details most people don’t notice until they’re done right.
As the manager walked through the space later that evening, her husband paused, took a deep breath, and asked, “Did you hire a new company?”
