Before I ever became a Field Operations Supervisor at Two Arrows Cleaning Services, I was a cleaner.
I was the one on my hands and knees scrubbing baseboards, reaching behind appliances, and noticing the buildup most people overlook. That experience shaped me. It trained my eye to see the difference between something that looks clean and something that is truly clean.

A Home Cleaning Project I Will Never Forget
A few weeks ago, our team took on a residential cleaning project in Harford County that has really stayed with me.
It was a 3,891-square-foot home that had previously been inhabited by a hoarder. The property was being prepared for sale, and the client requested a full move-in/move-out cleaning with every add-on possible.
This was not a standard house cleaning.
This was an all-hands-on-deck project, and that is exactly how our team approached it.
The ladies arrived early, eager, focused, and ready to work, just like they always do. There was no hesitation and no complaining. They got straight to work.
Since the home was out in the country with nothing nearby, I brought them lunch. We sat down together for a moment, and they walked me through the progress they had already made.
I remember thinking, wow.
By lunchtime, the transformation was already incredible, and they were only halfway through.
When Good Enough Is Not Good Enough
Later in the day, it was time to tackle the attic.
And nothing could have prepared us for that attic.
What we expected to be just another part of the job quickly turned into something much bigger. It required more time, more effort, and more detail than anyone originally expected.
That is when something happened that, to me, defines who we are as a company.
Our owner, Julio, was already on his way, not because something had gone wrong, but because that is the kind of leader he is. He checks in. He shows up.
When he saw that the attic needed more work and that the team was running a little behind, he did not just stand back and supervise.

And together, they got it done beautifully.

When the client arrived and saw the final result, their reaction said everything.
There was gratitude. Relief. Happiness.
What had once been an overwhelming space was now a clean, fresh home, ready to be listed and begin its next chapter.
That is the kind of moment that stays with you.
